spammy rating not removed and ignored by Google!

Hi,

I'm getting spammy 1 star reviews, not even related to my extension with links to some spam, I've tried to report it many times - no success.

Why are you allowing it to happen?

It's 100% spam.

Reported many times.

Still there.

I work my ass off to create the best software I can and then I get downvoted by spammers with no actual support from Google!
