I'm really sorry about this. It's actually something I've seen on multiple items recently and already flagged to the team, so I'm hopeful it is something we will be able to address across the store. There isn't any specific action that should be needed on your end.

I received a 13 spam 5 star reviews last night.
How can I address this issue ?
