How to deal with spam reviews

I received a 13 spam 5 star reviews last night.
How can I address this issue ?

Our extension has similar activity:

Someone is always posting the same message (with ads) so this message is always on the top of reviews. They post this message every 20 minutes.

Is there any way how we can deal with that?

We have the same issue with reviews to our extension (link)

The same user write new spam review every 20 minutes, so this message is on the top of reviews all the time:

They replied that they could remove a specific review if it violates their policies. Well, apparently, according to Google, a bot leaving comments every 20 minutes doesn’t break any rules, so they didn’t do anything about it.
