Get list installed extensions in Chrome. Please HELP!

How I can get on web-page list installed extensions in Chrome or check
that a certain extension is installed using javascript? I could not
find anything, you are my last hope.

If you know the extension ID, I recommend you to use the trick karl

If you want to list installed extension, you can use chrome.management
