Not working - "Created by the owner of the listed website"

Hi all, 

I see in some Chrome extensions there is a tick in blue color, and it's written "created by the owner of the listed website," which is essential for trust in the extension.

It is not appearing in my case, whereas I am the verified owner of the website on Google Search Console. Can you please help me figure out how to solve it? Please see the attached screenshots.

PS, I also noticed that clicking the domain url on listing also does not open the landing page in this case, perhaps it is somehow related?

Hello Mujtaba,

In addition to verifying your account, your account has to exist for some time without any issue or negative incident, in order to gain reputation. Once both things occur, then you would be eligible for the checkmark.

Hi Patrick, 

I understand that the account has to exist for some time without any negative insident to gain reputation, but in this case we are concerned if our domain is properly verified or there is something we are missing? Could you please check and confirm that?

We have followed the steps mentioned in this guide here: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/webstore/cws-dashboard-listing#display_your_verified_publisher_status and here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9008080 but for some reason the url is also NOT LINKED to our landing page so it opens nothing with clicked (see attached video). 

Would really appreciate if you could help here as it is very confusing.
