Fake Reviews from a competitor (help)

Hey everyone, 2 nights ago our chrome extension started getting an influx of fake reviews (I assume from a competitor).

The reason I think they are fake is because:
• They are citing bugs that simply do not exist

• Reviews are being submitted at an irregular velocity.

• I found the same reviews (word for word + same username) on a Chrome extension similar to ours.

We worked incredibly hard to get to 150+ real 4-5 star reviews from customers, and this is tanking our rating.

Does anyone know how we can combat this issue at all? I tried submitting something via support but it doesn't seem like they have a ticket category for stuff like this.

Any help here would be incredibly helpful.

Hey Zach, when something similar happened to me once. I just reported the review, and within a few days they were gone. I did have to go through each one.
