Hi all,

I'd appreciate some guidance on a moderation case that has gone quiet.

Item ID: inmmmnpmemjaphkebgncmfhimbafcbbf
(Bloom, an email open/click tracking extension for Gmail, published as Unlisted)

What happened:
- May 29: the listing was rejected under "Spam and Store placement"
(reference "Yellow Nickel"). I read it as keyword stacking in the title and
  description.
- I corrected the listing: reduced the repetition and removed the brand from
  the title.
- June 1: I filed an appeal from the dashboard. Since then "Submit for review"
is greyed out (only one appeal is allowed).
- June 2: I received an acknowledgement that the team was looking into it.
- No update since June 2, despite follow-ups.

I have not uploaded a new revision or opened a second appeal, since I understand
that would invalidate the open appeal.

My questions:
1. Is the current block item-level (tied to this open appeal) or account-level?
2. This looks like a first-time, item-level, fix-and-resubmit issue. If the
appeal can be closed, I am ready to go the normal correct-and-resubmit route
with a fixed listing. Is that possible, or should I just keep waiting?

Happy to share the support case ID privately if that helps. Thank you.
