Hi.

We just updated our extension's name to a longer, more descriptive name. It is 74-char long, which should be fine because the docs say the max is 75, but it got rejected with a message saying "Title is too long" and "excessive/irrelevant keywords". How can we find out which of the two is the actual problem? If it's the title length, what's the actual maximum length?

Details below. Thanks!

New title: "Mixmax: AI-Powered Sales Engagement, Email Tracking and Meeting Scheduling"

Hi Jordi,
As the maximum length is 75, and yours is 74, the length should not be an issue. Did you open an appeal through One Stop Support?

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for your quick response. I have not yet opened an appeal through One Stop Support but will do so to address this issue. I appreciate your guidance on this matter.

Best regards,

Jordi
