My extension got rejected

The reason was that I had 2 main functions (changing the default search provider and a NEW new tab start page.

This is an error as I only have one function, which is a new tab start page.

Do I resubmit, or appeal the decision?

Hi Matthew,

Looking at your extension, it seems like it offers a number of search engines, but potentially not the search engine the user has configured in Chrome settings.

As mentioned here, there must be a default option in your extension which uses the user's preferred search engine: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/webstore/program-policies/quality-guidelines-faq#can_my_ntp_provide_multiple_web_search_options. You're welcome to offer alternatives but they must be in addition.
