Extension Won't Show in Dev Tools

Hello! Does anyone know what would cause an extension to install correctly, but not show in the Chrome Dev Tools? I just downloaded Webscraper.io and the instructions are super straightforward. After installation, I went to open the tab in Development Tools, but it's not showing.

Hi Lily!

It may be this bug.

In your devtools, go to the Application tab, select Service workers on the left hand colum, and then make sure that "Update on reload" is not checked. If it is, uncheck it and then close and open dev tools

Thanks for responding Patrick! It wasn't checked but I checked/closed and unchecked/closed to make sure. The extension still isn't showing up, very weird. Thank you anyway
