Hey everyone,
Has anyone else experienced a wave of fake negative reviews? Our extension (100K+ users) is under attack—sudden negative reviews from the same accounts and same exact words hitting multiple extensions, including our competitors.
We've reported this to Google multiple times, and nothing is being done. This is driving us crazy—our hard work over the past three years is being ruined, and it's frustrating to see the same fake reviews appearing on similar extensions with no action from Google.
If you've faced something similar, how did you handle it? And how can we push for Google to take stronger action against this?
Would love to hear your thoughts!

Hi Emmanuel,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve sent dozens of emails to the support team over the past few months, and unfortunately, no one has responded. I've also reached out to several directors on LinkedIn who work in the Chrome department, but haven’t received any answers there either.
As a developer, it’s incredibly discouraging to see our Chrome extension flooded with fake reviews while all our efforts to get support are met with silence. We’ve been dealing with this for over 3 months now, and the lack of communication is making it nearly impossible to protect our product and users.
We’re genuinely looking for a way to resolve this — is there any proper channel or contact you can connect us with to get actual help?
