Extension disappearing and reloading error

There has been a serious problem for a while now. Extensions are automatically disabled on Chrome. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times. When Chrome is reinstalled, I turn on sync and everything seems normal. However, when I turn the computer off and on, there are still no extensions. When I try to reinstall, I get a "Download error: installation is not enabled" message and nothing can be done. Can you help me with the cause and solution of the problem? Thanks...

Hi Nezih,

That error happens when extensions are not able to be installed, which would typically be the result of a policy setting. Can you check chrome://policy and see if you have any values set?
