Does chrome expose an API to delete a url from session history?

Hi,

 

I am trying to delete a URL from dession history, I used chrome.history.deleteUrl(...) but it deletes from the history but that URL exists in session history.

I am trying to delete a URL from session history, I used chrome.history.deleteUrl(...), it deletes from the history but that URL exists in session history. When I click on back arrow button on browser, it takes me to the deleted URL.  I want to delete a URL from that session as well.

 

is it possible?

There isn't no, the closest with chrome.sessions has no functionality to directly delete a URL from the session history.
