Hi, it looks like the chrome flag
#silent-debugger-extension-api
has an expiry milestone currently set to 77:
https://github.com/chromium/chromium/blob/master/chrome/browser/flag-metadata.json#L3282
That means the flag is no longer available in Chrome Beta, Dev, and Canary due to expiration. Are there plans to extend the expiry milestone?

You should be still able to use a command line like
chrome --silent-debugger-extension-api
https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/chrome/common/chrome_switches.cc?q=symbol:kSilentDebuggerExtensionAPI
