The official answer that probably won't help is that you can reach out via the contact form
linked in this question on the CWS FAQ. The unofficial answer that I'm hesitant to suggest is to reply here or directly to me with the extension ID and I'll see what I can dig up.
It's common for extensions – especially ones that request broad host permissions like <all_urls> and http://*/* – to get caught in long review queues. These extensions complete review in about a week, but it's not unheard of for them to take multiple weeks. TBH this experience is pretty bad. I'm hopeful we can reduce the frequency of > 1 week reviews, but for now that's the state of the world.
As PhistucK suggested, you can use the
ExtensionInstallForcelist policy to force-install an extension hosted outside of the Chrome Web Store. Please note that this route is only viable for enterprise/education environments; the average Chrome user's system is not managed by an administrator.
