Certified Chrome Developer List?

To the Group and @oliver dunk.

Is there a location or site that someone can find (or post) services for developing Chromium Extensions or customizations for potential partners or customers?

We both have some services (and needs) for such a short list or location to view.

I know with Shopify they have a recommended or partner consolidated list for people looking for help.

If this does not exist, I would be happy to try and get it started, if supported by Google.
