Hi there,

Recently, our app was rejected with the initial feedback stating that it was "unable to review your extension because it offers functionality such as required in-app payments that we aren’t able to test." However, our extension offers a 7-day trial with full access to all features. After clarifying this, we were rejected again for not meeting compliance policies.

Could you help us understand what specifically this means? We’ve carefully reviewed the linked documentation and believe our Chrome extension fully adheres to the suggested policies.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could take a closer look into this matter. Here is our extension ID for reference: enhihhigandhefaekneckmndkipcolmp.

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards,
The MyTask Team

Hello again!
Did you ask what policy it was in violation of? Would you happen to have the ticket number for the latest appealed rejection?

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for your response.

Here is the ticket number for the latest appealed rejection:
4-8263000037605. Unfortunately, the response we received was quite
general and vague, so we’re not entirely sure which specific policy we
violated.

We truly appreciate your help in clarifying this matter.

Best regards,
The MyTask Team

Still waiting to hear back from the review team, however I noticed that you are running a content script on all_urls, and that script is throwing a hard error. It isn't clear from the items description why you would be running code on all domains for a popup focused calendar extension, so that may be impacting it.

Hi Patrick,

I hope you're doing well! Do you have any updates?
After reviewing everything on our end, we haven’t found any aspect of
our app that might make it ineligible to be featured.

Thank you so much for your assistance!

Best regards,

The MyTask Team

As mentioned before - you are running a content script on all_urls, and that script is throwing a hard error. It isn't clear from the items description why you would be running code on all domains for a popup focused calendar extension. Those things alone would usually preclude it from being featured.
