CWS listing shows Published in dashboard but public URL returns /error

The Chrome Web Store dev console lists the item as "Published — unlisted" with 22 active users. However, the public store URL https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/aligner-powertools/ibnkaooekkalggdemkcogcefknkgpndi redirects to /detail/ibnkaooekkalggdemkcogcefknkgpndi/error and shows "This item is not available."

I have verified:

• The item ID is correct.
• The dev console shows no "Action required" banners or violations.
• I tried the URL in incognito and on a separate Google account — same error.
• Existing installed users still receive updates; only new installs are blocked because the listing won't load.

Please investigate why the public store is not serving the item, and let me know if there's a configuration step I need to take on my end.

It's public, probably unlisted in your certain country. Check your Distribution tab.
