Allocation rights for multiple users to respond to customer reviews on chrome store

Ideally on other google stores (like play store) – we have the ability to add other internal authorized team members of the company that have access to be able to respond to reviews.

Currently we have an issue adding other members to respond to reviews.

Despite of following the instruction in Google documentation – to create a google group, add member to that group, and grant them permissions – we don’t see any success.

We have tested this path and did not have success.

Does anyone have a method they tried that worked ? OR is there a contact point we can reach out to?

The procedure is overly complicated. You have to transfer ownership of your extension and then you have to pay 5 dollars por each additional account that you want to be able to reply to reviews.
