Fixing a Mv2 Extension with many errors.

So I was working on fixing https://github.com/gregcw11/CHDL/blob/master/README.md this extension, i used a mv2 to mv3 converter but now when i use the extension it says Error in event handler: TypeError: Error in invocation of scripting.executeScript(scripting.ScriptInjection injection, optional function callback): Error at parameter 'injection': Unexpected property: 'allFrames'.
