Help! Extension with >1.5 M users taken down for almost 4 weeks!

Hi,

My extension has been taken down for almost 4 weeks now! I've fixed the issues but I can't publish the new version since it's stuck in "Pending review". Joe has said that he will look into it but I have not heard back from him since then. I understand that everyone at Google is very busy, but if some Googler could take a look that would be awesome.

Hi Joe,

The extension has been down for more than a month now. We've spent a lot of effort investing in the Chrome platform, and our extension being down for so long is making us look bad to our business partners and potential investors. I understand that you've already pinged the review team, but could you ask them to give our extension priority as it has been such a long time. I know that they are very busy and wouldn't be asking if it weren't for the fact that a lot of our users have been complaining and wondering what is going on. I don't think it will take more than a few minutes to verify that all issues have been fixed.
