Add floating button to web pages

Hi ,

I want to add the floating button for share on the left bottom side of the web page  by chrome extension.  Something like this http://prntscr.com/8yr1nd

Google music bubble is also using the same kind of the floating button. 

Basically I don't want to add share button code on the app but a simple chrome extension to do that.

Can you please guide me, how can I do that ?
