How to Apply DeclarativeNetRequest Rules to iFrame in Offscreen Doc?

My experiments did not allow me to remove the X-Frame-Option header.

This tip has been in my bookmarks for a long time. I'm your debtor. Unfortunately, it does not work when an iFrame is loaded in Offscreen :(
