RE: First Chrome Extension

Hello,

We have submitted our first chrome extension for review to the Google Chrome Extension Store. For some reason, it is automatically rejecting the extension and is giving a Yellow Nickel violation level. I don't understand why this is happening because we are not spamming or providing any false information in our listing. We are 100% sure that this is a mistake. We have revised our chrome extension listing multiple times, but it still persists. We have filled out the form for support, but nobody has gotten back to us. Please advice on what to do next!

I'd recommend taking a couple minutes to enjoy a cup of tea.

The support team typically replies to new tickets within 24 hours. It may take a few exchanges with them in order to get to the bottom of this issue.
