How to complete trader verification without a mobile phone number?

Hi,

I have a Chrome extension owned by our organization and it requires trader verification by 3rd February 2025. However we don't have a mobile phone number which can't be used for verification as that number will be public.

Is there any workaround for this or is there a way to get temporary exemption on this?

There is no way to get an exemption, however you can reach out to One Stop Support to see if we can get manual verification for your account.
