Defer publish not working

Yesterday I found an issue in the version I submitted for review.

I used the Defer Publish option, still it got published and  pushed to users, direct after approval.

Is this functionality not working at the moment?

Hi Arnoud,

There is no known issue - can you share the extension id you are referring to - I can dig into what happened
