Reviews taking a really long time

We used to get reviewed within 1-2 days, but more recently its been taking much longer. 

Its been 4 days with no review on our extension so was curious if there is some slowdown.

Additionally wanted to suggest that when you are ramping up traffic there is not an additional review. Right now when we bump from 20% to 100%, it goes through a review again which delays us another couple of days. Since its the same code, metadata etc shouldn't ramping up happen without an additional review?

There isn't a slow down right now. Some times some reviews take longer. Especially over the weekend, things can back up.
