Draft version not updating after rejection

Hi,

My previous draft for my app 1.1.5 was rejected. I fixed the issue, updated to 1.1.6, and tried to upload new the new package, but the Draft version is not updating (i.e., Draft is still showing as 1.1.5). I'm assuming that the new package isn't uploading correctly. I've double checked my manifest file and reset cache, but this is a persisting issue.
