Warning email about verification and suspension

Hi folks. Yesterday I received an email with the subject line "Chrome Web Store Account Suspension Imminent - Immediate Action Required" which stated that my Web Store account and all published items would be suspended on February 3rd if account verification was not completed. However, I'm certain that I've previously completed this process. My account shows a green "Verified" badge in the "Account Verification" section of my Web Store dashboard, and there's nothing to indicate any verification action items are left to do. In addition, my phone number and contact info appear on my published items listing, which would seem to indicate verification is completed. Am I missing a step? Thanks.

Hello!
It looks like the email for your group publisher account is verified correctly. Did you recently change the trader status on your individual account (not the group publisher) by chance?

Hi Raman
The email was sent to every account that had declared itself as a trader who was yet to be verified. That sounds like your colleague had set their individual account (not the group publisher account) to a trader at some point. If you email me the extension ID and the accounts in question I can confirm that.

You can restart the process by changing from a trader to a non trader and then back to a trader.

We are in a similar situation with our extension, we just got notification asking us to verify with a deadline of Feb 3rd but can't verify due to the account being set as individual when we are a corporation. Also, we are unable to proceed to any help within Google as our Google Play console was shut down due to inactivity since we're only providing extensions to our users, not anything in the Play store. Our extension is not paid, it's free, and we have no intention of charging for it ever. 

We have all the required documentation and duns number, just no way to enter it or get assistance due to the Play store closure blocker. The extension is tied to a different google gmail account, and I'm not sure what the ID is so can you please check based on this account number:

Hi Patrick. Thanks for your reply -- much appreciated. I think I see the problem. I haven't made any changes to my trader status, but I originally verified the group publisher account, which is where my extension listing item is attached. The individual account is unverified, but also has no extension items currently attached, which is why I didn't bother verifying it. But I'll go ahead and do the verification there as well in case I want to publish any extensions on that account in the future. Thanks again for your help!
