Hi,

This is a bit off-topic, but I happened to come across this Chrome extension:

I noticed that it has over 1 million users but only a single rating. That seems like a very unusual ratio, so I was wondering if there's a logical explanation for it. Could this be due to some kind of glitch, or is there another reason why the review count would be so low despite the large user base?
