Extension posting REJECTED, no reason for REJECTION is specified

HI All,

We have submitted Bio-Safe Chrome Extension on Chrome web store, ID: pacmnngelmmblfojailbljbojklibcli on 12/16/19 and the extension got rejected 4 days after submission (on 12/19/2020). I found that extension is in REJECTED state after logging into Chrome WebStore. This is our first submission to Chrome Web Store. 

Unfortunately we haven’t received any communication from Chrome Web store team on the reason for rejection. Our daily emails to ‘cws-develo...@google.com’ and  support requests submitted on https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/contact/developer_support/?hl=en yielded no response so far. 

We have reviewed Chrome extension guidelines and Google's Webmaster Quality Guidelines again, we don't see any conflict with our submission. We just don't want to resubmit extension again without understanding the reason for rejection. Having no response from Chrome Store review team, any suggestions from you guys on progressing further with our Chrome Extension re-submission?

Hi Simeon,

Did you receive any update for the ticket that you have filed? We have submitted Chrome extension on Dec 16th, our team is waiting in dark without any clue on what needs to be done with REJECTED chrome extension.

As I haven't received any feedback for rejection reason, I have resubmitted  Bio-Safe Chrome extension (ID: pacmnngelmmblfojailbljbojklibcli) .  Please note that Bio-Safe Chrome extension requires  <all_urls> permission as this is going to be a Password manager application with fingerprint authentication. I request you to review and approve the submission at the earliest.

We have resubmitted the Chrome extension on Your response on 12/27, after initial submission on 12/16.  Could you approve the current submission OR provide the specific reason for rejection? The extension will act as password manager and require access to all the URLs in Chrome Browser.
