Is Chrome extension able to resolve domain to ip address?

You may use Google DNS over HTTPS: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/doh and https://dns.google.com or any other DNS over HTTPS service. PAC-scripts (https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/reference/proxy/) also happened to have dnsResolve function but it's hard to use outside of a PAC-script.
