Extension Categorization Rank Changes

Hi Everyone,

Our extension used to be sit firmly on the second page of the "Shopping" category, and climbing steadily, up until a few months ago. Now it can't even be found it after hitting "load more" 10+ times.

Nothing on our end has changed in terms of ratings, number of users (100k+), featured tag, etc. that we can tell.

Any ideas / similar experiences?

It happened to us too! #1 in travel, and now in the 6th row. Would love to know if there is anything going on, or what can be done to revert it.
