Chrome Management console API Requirement

Hello, I want to use API to enable/disable extensions for managed chrome browsers. Currently, I am manually signing into admin.google.com then from users and browsers under devices section, I am enabling/disabling it. So, having an API would be really handy. If I could get any documentation for API reference would be really helpful.

Note: i am not developing extensions I need to manage extensions in admin.google.com. So, that I can approve/block extensions in Organizational Units.

Any response would be highly appreciated!
