How many days do I need to request the Featured Badge again?

There is a Chrome extension that works on the web store.
I would like to receive a Featured badge.
I figured out how to get a Featured badge after watching the conversation in this community.
But now I want to know how many days I have to wait to receive my badge, and how many days I have to wait to request it again if I don't receive it.
In addition, please discuss issues that increase the possibility of receiving a Featured badge.

In short, for my latest Chrome extension, "Rotate that Video Player," it typically takes only 7 days. However, it may sometimes take longer.
