Can Chrome Extension Offscreen Document API set viewport size?

Hi,

Does the Chrome Extension Offscreen Document API support setting viewport size?

I'm asking because I have a use case: capturing complete web elements (parts that exceed the default viewport).

If it's not currently supported, is this in consideration for future versions? If not, how can I submit this feature request?
