Tools for profiling chrome extension

Hello all,
I have an extension that seem to harbor a memory leak, and I just
can't find which kind of objects doesn't get garbage collected. Also,
a lot could be done in improving some CPU hungry javascript libraries.
So I'm looking for a regular profiler just like the one built-in in
NetBeans for Java, but any other tool that can help is welcome too :)

Have you checked out the Developer Tools feature?
