User Count Not Visible on Chrome Web Store Listing

Dear Chrome Web Store Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my Chrome extension listing on the Chrome Web Store. Since the day before yesterday, the user count for my extension is no longer visible on the store page. Previously, it was displaying over 5,000 users, but the counter has now disappeared.

I would like to clarify that all users have been acquired organically, and I have not used any automation or engaged in any practices that violate Google’s policies.

Could you please look into this issue and let me know why the user count is no longer being displayed? Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on whether this can be restored.

Hi Vansh,

We hide the user count when we're not confident it accurately represents an extension. An example of when this can happen is following a large enterprise deployment.

We're not able to restore it or provide more details for a specific item but the user count can come back in the future if things stabilize.
