Is it possible to reload user (greasemonkey) scripts without restarting Chrom(e|ium)?

While debugging a user script in Firefox, it's common to edit+reload
the page dozens of times in a row; but in Chrome unfortunately it
looks like you have to quit+restart the browser for the new version to
be loaded.

Any workaround for this?

Go to chrome://extensions, enable the "Developer mode" (click on the plus sign at the right top) and click on "Reload" next to the entry of your user script (I assume you installed it). Refresh the page and the edits will take place.
