Chrome Web Store rejection: Purple Nickel (Privacy)

My extension has been rejected from the store twice for "not prominently displaying the link to a privacy policy" but I don't understand why, when the store itself has a link to the privacy policy.

The Chrome Web Store page is here (and includes the privacy policy statement and link, though it links to the wrong one now, will link to the right one when accepted):

The "home" page is here (just a page on my site):

What more do I need to do?

Hi Dave,

The Privacy Policy that you linked to in your submission (which matches the one here) seems to be a 404.

Is it possible the GitHub repository is private?

Apologies if the rejection email was unclear. Hopefully this should be an easy fix though :)
