Hi all,

I'm looking for the right process for a situation the Dashboard doesn't
seem to cover, and I'd appreciate a pointer.

Item ID: lbanojlcfgehondfpeipfpmdfipbjlhh

In June 2026 the item was removed in the United States following a
third-party trademark complaint. The stated ground was use of the mark
in the extension's name.

I have since remediated it. The name no longer contains the mark or any
abbreviation of it, in any of its 62 localizations, and the listing URL
no longer contains it either. On 13 August 2026 the Trademarks team
confirmed in writing that the item "appears to currently comply with our
Trademarks policy" and that they "will not be taking action to remove or
restrict the content under that policy".

The item is live and installable everywhere except the US.

My question is about the mechanism, not about the original decision:

- There is no Appeal option on the item in the Developer Dashboard,
presumably because the item is not currently under an active
  enforcement action.
- The One Stop Support form now redirects item enforcement appeals to
the Dashboard, which loops back to the point above.
- The Distribution tab lists countries, but this restriction does not
appear to be something I can change there.

Is there a documented path for restoring country-level availability once
the underlying complaint has been remediated? Or is the only route for
the complainant to withdraw their notice?

Thanks in advance.
