Hi Oliver and Patrick — hoping you can help escalate a stuck account record.

Existing developer, one published extension live and serving installs. After clearing browser data, the Developer Dashboard no longer recognizes my account.

Signing in as the owner account and loading chrome.google.com/webstore/devconsole/ auto-redirects to /devconsole/register, prompting agreement acceptance + the $5 fee as if newly registered.

Isolation done:
- Clean Incognito, owner account only, 2FA passed → same redirect. Rules out local cookies/cache.
- Reproduced on a separate device (iPhone) → same redirect. Fault follows the account, not the machine.
- Account is a personal @gmail.com, not Workspace; no multi-account confusion.
- Extension remains live and accruing installs → publisher record exists server-side.
- Have not clicked Pay, to avoid mutating an already-registered account mid-investigation.

Looks like the developer-registration flag on the account desynced while the item-to-account link persists.

Support ticket opened, automated acknowledgment only, one follow-up, no human reply.

Is there a path to re-sync the account state without a second registration?

Grateful for any manual escalation.
