Chrome Support Ghosted Me

Hey Everyone, we are still dealing with fake review attacks on our extension. I receive sparing updates from a support agent, but they have finally stopped replying after saying it was "escalated." Does anyone have success reaching someone?

This is exactly what we're dealing with right now. After sending multiple emails, we've been completely ghosted.
