File upload issue: extension closes when I upload a file

I wanted to ask if you have encountered such a case: when loading a file, when the developer debug tab is open, everything is ok and works correctly. But as soon as you change the tab, when you try to load a file, the extension hides. I tried to download and run other extensions with file loading - the same behavior...
