Developer account suspended — recovery loop broken

Hi all,

Hoping someone from the Chrome team can help. I've been stuck for three weeks with no progress and a live extension that's currently broken for users.

Situation:

• Suspended developer account: sabiner...@gmail.com
• Open support case: [2-5525000041091] — last reply from support was Apr 15, my follow-ups on Apr 17 and Apr 24  went unanswered.
• I can't recover the account via g.co/recover. I pass password + authenticator, but it then asks for an old phone number I no longer have. "Try another way" just loops back to the same screen.
• I made a secondary Gmail to contact support (since I couldn't from the locked account). 

Why it's urgent: my published extension is live on the Chrome Web Store under the suspended account and is broken for users. I can't push the fix until access is restored.

Ask: a path to manual identity verification that doesn't require the old phone number. I can provide any additional info that is needed.

If any Google staff see this, I'd really appreciate the help.

Have you tried:

• Submitting a new appeal via the official Developer Console support form
• Checking if any verification email is pending (including spam)
• Clearing cache / using incognito before retrying login
• Trying a different Google account to open a support ticket (sometimes helps reach a human review queue)

Hi Hasan, thanks for trying to help. I've actually tried all of these. They have sent me this new link that I mentioned in my first message, but it's the same. Always asks me for the lost phone number...
