Hi everyone,

Hoping someone from the Chrome DevRel / CWS team can help take a quick look at my Featured badge self-nomination case.

I submitted the self-nomination request back on June 15. The ticket status has remained “In Progress” for roughly five weeks now. I sent a polite follow-up via the support email thread five days ago, yet I have not received any human response, and there’s no visible movement on the case.

I fully understand the review team handles a huge volume of requests, but after more than a month, I’m starting to wonder whether the ticket slipped through the cracks, or if there’s an issue linked to my developer account.

For context: My extension operates stably, and all regular store updates keep getting approved quickly. This long wait for the Featured review has put my marketing timeline on hold.

If Oliver, Patrick, or anyone with visibility into these nomination workflows could check the backend status, I’d be extremely grateful. I can provide demo/test accounts or any extra materials immediately if needed.
