Hi,

I had a few questions about transferring items from one Chrome Developer account to a new account, due to an email address change. I know this is done through the One-Stop Support, but I thought I'd ask here.

1. If an item already has a "Featured" badge, after the transfer to the new account, will it retain or lose the Featured badge?
2. Do the older "Developer" account's replies to user reviews remain on the store listing page as "Developer" replies? Or do they get removed? If the replies remain, can they still be edited or removed by the new developer account?
3. Is the item's original "Created" Date still the same date after the transfer, or does the date get reset? Specifically, the date enclosed in red in this screenshot of the Dashboard.

Thank you.

Hello!

>1. If an item already has a "Featured" badge, after the transfer to the new account, will it retain or lose the Featured badge?

The Featured badge can be added or removed for a number of reasons, but transfering of the item specifically is not something that currently impacts it.

>  Do the older "Developer" account's replies to user reviews remain on the store listing page as "Developer" replies?
2a. Replies are tied by account at the time of creation, so they would not be changed or removed after an item is transferred.

> Or do they get removed?
2b. They would continue to exist as replies to the comment, from the original owners account

> If the replies remain, can they still be edited or removed by the new developer account?
2c. They are comments from the another account, so you do not have the ability to edit or change them.

If there are spammy, malicious or offtopic reviews on an item, you can contact One Stop Support to report it and they should be able to help you.

> Is the item's original "Created" Date still the same date after the transfer, or does the date get reset? Specifically, the date enclosed in red in this screenshot of the Dashboard.

The created date is attached to the extension ID, which does not change when you transfer an item. So the item in red would remain the same even after transfer.
