how to make a license key server for chrome extension or any website for license key server

i have create a chrome extension and i want to add license key to my chrome extension but i don't know how to do it, any solution can help me. and i don't care about service payment gateway just focus only license key

Hi! May I suggest my service ExtensionPay? It lets you take payments for extensions with an easy-to-use API without having to build and run your own web service. It's open-source and works across all browsers, not just Chrome.
