As of the past couple weeks, when loading a page that downloads a fair amount of data, a pageAction icon only partially fades in, and sometimes it remains at no opacity. To get the pageAction icon to be to be fully opaque, you have to switch to a different tab, then switch back to the tab that has fully loaded.Steps to repeat using a sample extension:1. Install the sample Page Action By Content: http://developer.chrome.com/extensions/examples/api/pageAction/pageaction_by_content.zip2. Go to YouTube and search for "Sandwich".3. Observe the sandwich icon appears is a muted shade of yellow.4. Switch to another tab.5. Switch back to Youtube and observe the sandwich icon is much more vibrant. However if I use a page that loads very fast, such as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sandwich, the pageAction icon displays at full opacity every time.I'm running Mac 10.7.5, Chrome 22.0.1229.79. The issue seems to be nonexistent on Windows 7.--
