Paid reviews allowed?

Hello, was wondering if getting (paid) reviews for your chrome extension is allowed? Like this extension clearly does: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/maps-scraper-leads-extrac/ghokiciomljbacchbkfhmnlmflbponlf/reviews?hl=en

Asking the users of your extension to review your product is allowed. Fraudulent reviews - which involve asking non-users to rate and review your extension as part of a bulk campaign - is not allowed as it is in violation of the store's Spam and Abuse policy. If you notice suspicious activity in an extension - including review spam - we recommend reporting the issue using the CWS One Stop support form.
