Timeline for extension republish with identity permission added

Hi All ! I have submitted my extension with a minor update including Identity permission in the manifest.json however I have not see an approval from the Google team as of yet. 

We don't have any significant change at all except that the extension is now accessing a file created by the extension itself in user's Google drive, after the user authenticates using OAuth2 and Gapi.

Does the Google team or others have any idea when to expect it to come through ? Our other minor change releases were approved after 24 hours ..
